  • Brand: SS Stewart
  • Condition: The pot is in excellent condition overall with its original hardware except for period tailpiece. Description

This is an S.S. Stewart banjeaurine by the firm that invented the instrument. Its 10.5" nut-to-rim neck and 12.5" pot assembly make it ideally suited for tuning to a higher pitch than a traditional 5-string banjo and I keep this one tuned to A for fiddle accompaniment, obviating the need for a capo with its attendant drawback
Comes in a perfectly-fitting mint condition Deering gig bag.
