Vintage Powder Patter with Doll Like Character Face

This is a really nice and hard to find powder patter with a doll like character face. It is in lightly used condition as the pictures show. It has a couple tiny dots of stain on the back and lace that probably came from storage.  It is 8" long with pink satin ribbon on the stick. This would be a great addition to any collection.
