Vintage Little Tikes Dollhouse with Family&Furniture.  This is a used item so has play wear but in good condition for age.  Floor sticker on upstairs is peeling off.  There is a broken piece on the pink deck railing.  There is some discoloration on house and toys especially the cottage play house(yellow tint).  Slight bend on the floor of the house. The fathers head is more wobbly than the others.  The cottage playhouse door is hard to get on and the top piece is bent/broken.
