Andrews sitting beside his son while listening to a speech by Secretary of Defense Richard Cheney welcoming him and other former prisoners of war home to the United States. Andrews was one of a number of POWs held captive by Iraqi forces during Operation Desert Storm. The original image dated to March 10, 1991, Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland.
