Perception Sanibel kayak.
This 15.1 foot kayak is very well made, stable and surprisingly easy to maneuver with two people in it. The seats are able to be flipped, so it can actually be used as a solo boat as well. If used as solo kayak you will have plenty of room for your gear and or your dog. You could even stand and paddle it like a paddle board if you have decent balance. I live on a pond if you would like to try it out.
