    ORIGINAL DAVID PELBAM OIL PAINTING
    the subject matter is a rabbi in a prayer shawl and skull cap
    this paining was purchased new at an art fair in 1976,
    and is in excellent condition
    Pelbam is originally from Rhode Island,  born in 1932 and is quite a mystery
    finding information on Pelbam is quite difficult,
    apparently he only painted in the 50's and 60's....his works
    have become very popular and collectible
    the frame is sold wood
    (painted white with an antique grey/brown wash with black matting)
    the painting is approximately 20" x 24", but with the frame it measures 27" x 31"
