Large banners of this type were intended for display in showrooms and as car lot displays, but they were often utilized in spot-placement at sponsored events.
This example comes from the US manufacturer's leftover stock — they went out of business, a few years ago. It features real brass grommets and sturdy nylon fabric.
As you can see, it's in
mint
