NEW/DEMO ARRI ARRIFLEX 235 Shoulder Magazine 200' SHM-1 K255001.0 in box

Description

I purchased this brand-new Arri 235 shoulder magazine directly from Arri in Munich about 8 years ago.
I ran
one roll of Vision 2 50D through it and put it in my closet (air-conditioned/heated). Some packaging was lost/swapped
somehow.
It is packed
in bubble wrap with one piece of Arri foam (not the right foam for this mag) in the box. There
are some blemishes
and there is a scratch.
Refer to photos to determine condition.
Arri 2006 price was 3300 pounds sterling, which means about 00.
This magazine has been used once. It should arguably be listed as "Open Box", but I don't want to get into an
argument
over semantics with someone after the fact. So I've listed it as "Used".
This will be double-boxed so that it arrives in as-shown condition. I typically ship same day or first business day

By proceeding with purchase, buyer explicitly agrees that venue for all disputes related to this transaction is the court in Urbana, IL and buyer explicitly grants personal jurisdiction to the court in Urbana, IL. Buyer further agrees not to dispute venue or jurisdiction.

Buyer specifically agrees that if buyer's actions or statements after item is received cause any reversals, charges, or fees to be assessed against seller or seller's ebay account, checking account, or credit card account, buyer will reimburse seller for any such fees and costs within 30 days of receiving notice of same. In the event that reimbursement is not received within 30 days of demand, buyer agrees to pay 18% interest per annum on outstanding balance.
Buyer explicitly agrees to bear all costs of collection -- of any fees, charges, or reversals levied or charged against seller or seller's accounts, including filing fees, court costs, and attorney's fees.
Buyer explicitly agrees to first contact seller via seller's email address, which will be provided inside package containing item, in the event of any question, dispute, or misunderstanding, so that seller may have an opportunity to evaluate and address buyer's concerns.
Buyer explicitly agrees that seller's damages for any returns shall be calculated as follows: cost of shipping item from seller to buyer plus cost of shipping item from buyer to seller plus buyer's agreed purchase price.
Finally, buyer acknowledges that this contract is made freely and willingly and that buyer can attempt to negotiate different terms with seller before purchase, or that buyer can find an alternative item from another seller with different terms. Buyer explicitly admits and agrees that this contract is neither a contract of adhesion nor a form contract. Buyer further agrees not to contest any of the terms of this contract.
