    Description

    This auction is for a Laser Photonics LN107 Narrow Band Picosecond Dye Laser.  It also included the L-Scan grating driver controller.
    This system is in excellent condition, and all the optical surfaces look very clean.
    Includes complete user manuals which cover theory, optical alignment, and usage.
    The model LN107 is a narrow band picosecond dye laser system for use with the high power pump nitrogen laser Model LN100.
    The system consists of a near grazing incidence grating design dye oscillator and transversely pumped single stage dye amplifier (MOPA)
    Both the oscillator and amplifier are accommodated within one cabinet and when properly aligned, only a few front panel mounted controls are needed for dye cell position adjustment and wavelength selection during operation
    Pulsewidth is 500pSEC nominal
    The L-SCAN is a motor controller with position readout, which controls the grating drive of the dye laser system.  Please note that I do not have the cable to connect the controller to the laser.  It uses a common 5 pin connector, and schematics are included in the manual.  I have no reason to assume it in not working.  When turned on the display shows the last position of the grating.
    You will need a nitrogen laser to pump the MOPA cavity.
