AC Condenser: The condenser is part of the A/C system. It receives the hot, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the compressor and cools it to a warm liquid state, although still under high pressure.
Location: The Condenser is located right in front of the radiator. High pressure (hot) refrigerant travels through it and cools off as air passes through. Most late-model condensers cannot be flushed due to multiple flow paths, and must be replaced if restricted.

Disassembly and Assembly Steps of the Car Condenser:
1. Disassembly Sequence of Condenser
(1) Discharge the Refrigerant from the Refrigeration System;
(2) Remove the Inlet and Outlet Pipes of the Condenser Respectively;
(3) Remove the Radiator;
(4) Unscrew the Fixing Bolts with Special Tools and Take out the Condenser.
2. the Installation Sequence of the Condenser
(1) in Order to Make the Condenser Fully Dissipate Heat, the Condenser Should Be Cleaned Before Installation to Ensure Sufficient Air Flow Through the Condenser Coil;
(2) Install the Condenser Correctly so That the Gap Between the Upper End and the Hood Is Not less than 15cm.
(3) When Connecting the Lines, Ensure That the Distance Between the Connecting Wire and the Engine Body Is Greater than 50mm, and the Circle Between the Connecting Wire and the Fuel Pipe Should Be Greater than 100mm;
(4) in Order to Prevent the Temperature Sensing Capillary on the Evaporator from Coming out, It Should Be Clamped Before Installation, and the Temperature Sensing Tube Should Not Be Twisted.
