    I purchased this banjo new around 2015. I found the tone andplayability exactly what I was looking for in a start-up banjo. I am happy withthe features found on banjos that I have looked at and cost much more -including a mahogany resonator and neck, 27.4” scale, aluminum rim, rosewoodfingerboard with pearloid inlay, and chrome-covered tuners.
