Cute flower Vintage garnet bracelet in Victorian style. This bracelet is set with 84 genuine rosecut garnets in a fine burgundy color. It was made in the old alloy 'Tombak' goldplated with a rosegoldplating like it was usually made in these days. 84 garnets are linked together to a bracelet of 8 inch (length) and 0.3 inch (width). The weight of the bracelet is 14.3 gram.

This bracelet is set with 84 genuine rosecut garnets in a fine burgundy darkred color.
It was made in the old alloy 'Tombak' goldplated with a rosegoldplating like it was usually made in these days. The garnets are linked together to a bracelet of 8 inch (length) and 0.3 inch (width). The weight of the bracelet is 14.3 gram. The dimensions of the bracelet can be seen on the second picture where I added an inch ruler and a coin to compare with. Shipment is free by registered letter insured. This is old stock from a retired garnet wholesaler where I found many old garnet pieces in a forgotten attic. These old garnet jewels were made after WW2. The garnets are set in 'Tombak' also called 'garnet gold' (similar to 'Pinchbeck') a base metal with rosegoldplating like it was usual in those days. All stones are genuine natural garnets.

My business is located in Pforzheim (Black Forest) which is the center of German goldsmith industries since the 18th century. I have good contacts to old German jewelry manufacturers who closed down selling their old inventory to me. Thus I bought huge stock from an old garnet wholesaler to offer on eBay. Also I buy every now and then garnet jewelry from Bohemia which is only 300 miles away.

' is between 20 and 60 years old (post WW2) and it is old unworn stock from former manufacturers and wholesalers who closed down in my hometown Pforzheim / Black Forest / Germany. The style is described as 'Victorian style' or 'Art-Deco style' but it is 'Vintage' not 'Antique'
what is called '
Bohemian
' once was made in Bohemia and is about 2 to 20 years old. (except those pieces that are called additionally 'Antique' or 'Vintage' which are older see 1 + 2) I have good contacts to buy occasionally from Bohemian jewelry manufacturers in Prague and elsewhere.
These Bohemian garnet pieces are in mint condition.
