Antique Art Nouveau Lady & Waterfall The Ullman MFG 1901 NY Celluloid Vanity Box.
Overall, for her age, this brunette in a flowing dusty pink gown is still a stunner!
I purchased this box at an estate auction in the Mississippi River area of downstate Illinois in 1983. It has been in a smoke and pet free home either storing vintage jewelry on my dresser, or in storage.
This wooden box features a rolled celluloid embossed top, brass hinges, green lining, and an art nouveau image taken by The Ullman MFG, copy write 1901.

Condition is "Used"--please see pictures for interior especially as the silky green lining has worn spots and was reinforced with red and pink material on the hinged section before I purchased it. The edge has detached slightly along one side, and the top near the label identifying the image has a 1/4 oval spot, most likely from a cigarette burn years ago.
