Aleutian Kayak (Baidarka)

UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY!
Up for sale is a 100% hand-made Aleutian Baidarka Kayak. This watercraft was built without using a single dowel, screw, nail, or power tool. The skeleton is made from cedar wood (runners) and each hull rib was meticulously steam-bent and lashed on by hand. The skin was stretched and sewn on, and multiple urethane coats added for a watertight finish.
Included with the kayak are as follows:
-Hand carved cedar paddle
-Foot braces as seen on the inside of the Baidarka
It was constructed in 2015. The Baidarka is as sleek as fast it is fast in the water. The watercraft rolls easily and is well balanced. I am a 6’3, 185lb male, and had absolutely no issues getting in and out.
