The Evolve jacket uses 5TECH™ materials to create the ultimate big mountain jacket that is weather proof in all conditions. As a shell, this jacket is sized for layering with 509 base layers. Aggressive rider fit mapping, and our 5TECH™ material with 300D Cordura HP face and 10k 10k performance.
WEATHERPROOFING
Polyester shell materials are treated with an industry leading DWR to provide a technical water repellency barrier that is the first line of defense. Under the hood, the 5TECH™ fabric is laminated with a durable, waterproof and breathable technical layer along with a full moisture blocking seam tape to keep you dry.
WEARABILITY
Creating a durable yet non-restrictive line was critically important. We developed a lightweight, non-restrictive, 3D fit with aggressive rider position mapping technology. This allows for full range of motion without restriction. Translation? The most comfortable, rider specific fit out there while maintaining a durable resistance to abrasion and tearing. Critical rider designed details like snow skirts, wrist/leg gaiters, and dual position pit zips keep you dry and comfortable in the harshest winter environments.

Shipping:
You must call to notify us of any special shipping requests, otherwise your package will ship within one business day. We are not liable for delays that are out of our control, such as weather, disasters, or other unstoppable events. All packages do NOT include insurance, you must contact us if you would like to add insurance. We are not liable for un-insured packages that get lost or damaged, un-insured packages are the liability of the buyer. We only use Fed-Ex & USPS as our main shipping carriers, we also ship Speed-Dee Delivery if it is available in your area.
Combined Shipping:
We do offer combined shipping for multiple items purchased. A combined item invoice must be requested PRIOR to payment of any of the items to receive combined shipping. Item(s) paid for on separate invoices will be shipped separately. (EX: 3 Invoices = 3 Shipments) If you want to save money on shipping you must combine your items on one invoice PRIOR to payment.
International Shipping:
We welcome international customers to purchase our items. If you do not see a shipping quote to your country, please contact us and we will provide you with one. You must provide us with a correct shipping address in English upon purchasing an item. If your package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, only the purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded. The cost of shipping will not be refunded to you.
Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and customs fees on items shipped internationally are the responsibility of the buyer, they are not included in the sale price.
Purchasing Policy:
Minnesota residents have to pay sales tax on all taxable items! Please make payment within 5 days of the purchase date. If you fail to make payment in that time period an unpaid item dispute will be opened against you. We only accept PayPal payment for eBay purchases. We are not responsible for buyer mistakes!
Return Policy:

• Any items that are open, used, worn, contain smoke odor, pet hair or anything not in the original condition will NOT be accepted.
• Use of the manufacturer's product packaging for a shipping container will result in a 20% restocking fee (the product's packaging must be kept in new condition).
• All baseball style hats must be returned at least 6” tall. No envelopes or flat boxes. No crushed hats will be accepted.
