This is an exceptional Pre War Style 1 Conversion with an HR30 Ring and all original hardware.  This banjo has been inspected and set up at Banjo Warehouse.

Description
This is an exceptional Pre War Style 1 conversion.  This is in beautiful shape with all original hardware and a top quality neck and tone ring.
This has an original 3 ply hard rock maple shell with a maple neck and resonator.  The hardware is nickel and all original including a Pre War 1 piece flange and a Pre War Presto Tailpiece.  The armrest and all of the hooks, nuts and coordinator rod are also Pre War.  The Tone Ring is a Huber HR30 Tone Ring which is probably the best ring to put in a Pre War Conversion.  The neck is an unknown builder but it is absolutely a high quality neck.  That much is indisputable.  The neck is maple with a rosewood fretboard that has Seagulls.  There is white binding on each side of the neck and resonator.  Finally this has a clean Superior Hardshell Case.
Condition
This is definitely in excellent condition.  I don't clean Pre War metal and this is still incredibly clean for nearly 100 year old metal.  The finish on the resonator is in superb condition.  The neck and fretboard are in great shape with spikes at the 7th, 9th and 10th frets.  The frets are in good shape but the first few do have some light wear which effects nothing.  The banjo is absolutely in great shape and the case is clean as well.
Set Up
This has been set up at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta.  The head is a new Remo frosted head which is set to 90.  The bridge is set with correct intonation.  The strings are new Huber Truetone .10 gauge strings and the banjo is an exceptional player.
This banjo is truly one of the finest Style 1 conversions I have seen and this is a POWERFUL Banjo!!!  This plays great, sounds great, feels great and looks great.  This is the total package.
