    Description

    This is a 1930s ceramic yawning cat (or maybe he's howling) clothing brush.  He is tipped in pink around the mouth and ears and has a blue bow.  There is a tan silky ribbon tied around the neck, between the head and straw bristles.  The piece is 8" long, 2" across the head and about 2 1/2" across the bottom of the bristles.
    Condition is good.  There are no breaks or repairs.  The cat head is covered in smooth crazing.  Some of the bristles are sticking out at angles around the bottom.
